10 Day Mental Challenge
73The Ten Day Mental Challenge is a challenge that Anthony Robbins recommend in his books, "Awaken the Giant Within" and "A note to a friend." This ten day mental challenge can transform your thoughts to those of a true winner. Helping you to develop the thought patterns of millionaires.
The Ten Day Mental Challenge - Introduction
The ten day mental challenge is one of the most challenging and life changing things you can do. It is a true test of your ability to control your thoughts and emotions. It forces you to break out of old negative patterns and habits and develop new positive and beneficial ones. Allowing you to move towards your goals faster than you ever thought possible.
Have you heard of or read, "think and grow rich?" Or how about, "As a man thinketh?" If not either of them what about, "The science of getting rich?"
They all have one common theme: THOUGHTS ARE THINGS.
This means that all the thoughts we have throughout the day are directing our lives for the better or for the worse. We Choose to let our thoughts wander aimlessly responding to every day events.
The ten day mental challenge forces you to take conscious control over your thoughts so that you can make your dreams come true. It is time to stop 'getting by' and start living. Life doesn't have to be, 'alright' or 'ok' it can be exciting, romantic, or what ever you want it to be. It is your life, you choose, but the first choice to have to make is to control your thoughts. Take this challenge and stick to it until you complete it and you will not only learn how to effortlessly control your thoughts but you will develop and fine tune the skill of doing it.

Tips for Making the Challenge a little Less Challenging
Here is a quick list of tips and tricks you can do to make this challenge a whole lot easier while still getting all the benefits of completing it.
Keep a Journal - Keep a journal of all the positive things in your life. Make lists of the good things that have happened to you and that you have done for others. Ask Yourself Positive questions - As you go throughout the day ask yourself questions like,"what do I like about 'x'?", "what about 'x' makes me feel good?", "what can I be grateful for right now?". These questions will direct your mind and emotions causing you to be more positive.
Affirmations - Create a list of 10-20 affirmations. Memorize the list. The recite the affirmations throughout the day. This will help you even more as you move your way through this challenge.
Solve problems - When ever you are face with a problem move your focus towards different ways you can solve it. Then take action and solve it. It is that easy. You just have to do it.
My Experience with the Ten Day Mental challenge.
I had a wonderful time on the ten day mental challenge. In fact I felt so great on the challenge I will probably do another one later on this year just for the sake of doing it again. I was happier and had a lot less stress then I have had for years. It was great. You can read about my experiences and the things I learned while on the challenge by click on the links below.

this was a good read and very useful, shame that your link to read about your experiences goes to a parked domain. I would have been very interested in reading that.
